We have a return policy of 7 days for most of our products if the product meets certain criteria, example: if the product is damaged or if the product was not the item which was ordered. After 3 days, that item will not be taken back and jomider.com will not be accepted liable. Customers are requested to contact our customer care team as soon as possible for return of unwanted products.

You may get a refund within seven (7) days on unopened or spoilt packaged products. For diapers and perishable products, such as milk, fruits and fresh vegetables, we have a one (1) day return policy, if cause will be accepted.
